Each Soulfully Blooming experience is designed to provide a safe, supportive space for rest, reflection, and restoration. Depending on the experience selected, sessions may include Reiki, breathwork, guided meditation, affirmations, sound healing, mindfulness practices, and intentional conversation. Every session is personalized to support your current needs and wellness goals.
Not at all. No previous Reiki or wellness experience is required. Whether this is your first experience, or you are familiar with holistic wellness practices, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Yes, Soulfully Blooming offers both virtual and in-person experiences. Virtual sessions provide the same intentional care and support from the comfort of your home.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. There is no special attire required. The goal is for you to feel at ease and comfortable throughout your experience.
Come with an open mind and a willingness to slow down. You may find it helpful to hydrate before your session, minimize distraction, and take a few moments beforehand to reflect on what you hope to receive from the experience.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour’s notice will be subject to an $100 cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
No. Soulfully Blooming services are wellness experiences and are not covered by health insurance. Payments are due at the time of booking.
