Cancellation Policy

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling Soulfully Blooming, LLC intentionally reserves time, preparation, and energetic care for each experience. To honor both parties and preserve the integrity of reserved session times: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of payment and $100 cancellation fee. • One courtesy reschedule may be granted at the discretion of Soulfully Blooming, LLC. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrival will result in a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments. No Refund Policy Due to the energetic preparation, reserved time, and nature of holistic wellness services: All services, experiences, workshops, classes, deposits, bookings, digital products, and physical products are non- refundable. If a session must be rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a future appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show, and payment will be forfeited.
