Service Description
Soulfully Blooming™ LLC partners with residential communities to create thoughtfully designed experiences that give residents an opportunity to pause, connect, and recharge—right where they live. Experiences may incorporate sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, intentional reflection, and other restorative practices. Ideal for: • Resident appreciation • Community wellness • Seasonal resets • Self-care experiences • Resident engagement Custom experiences available for residential communities and properties
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling Soulfully Blooming, LLC intentionally reserves time, preparation, and energetic care for each experience. To honor both parties and preserve the integrity of reserved session times: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of payment and $100 cancellation fee. • One courtesy reschedule may be granted at the discretion of Soulfully Blooming, LLC. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrival will result in a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments. No Refund Policy Due to the energetic preparation, reserved time, and nature of holistic wellness services: All services, experiences, workshops, classes, deposits, bookings, digital products, and physical products are non- refundable. If a session must be rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a future appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show, and payment will be forfeited.
